I have a report based on a query that prompts the user for their ID number then generates the report where the records match his ID#. Simple enough. However, if the ID# is left blank the resulting report is then blank. How would I make it where if the criteria is blank, the report would show all of the records?

Thanks for the help!!

The easiest way to do this is to put your criteria in the Query like this

=[Enter ID#] Or [Enter ID#] Is Null

If they enter a # then the query will filter that info. If not the query will return all values.
