Programmer
Hiya all,
We have a Sharp AR-M162 Multifunction Network Printer/Copier/Scanner. I had to swich from the included driver to a PCL5e driver to correct a problem some programs were having with printing.
I have been having some trouble selecting the correct number of paper trays. It has two additional trays for a total of 3.
If I select this in the printer settings it doesn't stay at 3 - it keeps switching back to one tray.
If I login as Admin, it stays at 3, but if I go back in as a regular user, it flips to 1 again even if I change it to 3 under that regular user's login.
I even gave all users full rights to the printer but it doesn't help.
We are running under Windows 2003 Server with terminal server logins.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
