Sharepoint Internal Server Error

The Sharepoint server went offlin on Saturday due to a power failure and now it cannot be accessed from any computer besides the localhost. I get the login box but after I authenticate it comes up with HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

I am able toping out from the Sharepoint Server and successfully ping into the Sharepoint server so this as well as getting the login box tells me that I am able to get to it.

There isn't really anyone here who is proficient with IIS or ASP or Sharepoint for that matter so any help getting this back online would be awesome.
