Looking for best method to have user press a button on 8405D+ phone to immediately go to coverage path. I have Ring off soft switch set but there should be a better method. The DND options don't appear to be available (something about needing alphanumeric phone). I also have send all calls set as a soft button but that only goes to one extension. I'd like all calls to follow the coverage path if possible.

You should be able to create a coverage path that will roll to ext.???? Then to ext???? And then to VM or whatever you want it to do. Place the SAC button on one the lighted line appearances. The people calling will get whatever the coverage path is configured to do. When SAC is activated it will immediately go to the first point of the coverage path.
