setting browser size ???

not exactly a flash problem but....

check out link >>> home.cinci.rr.com/jshellow

when "enter site" button is pressed my flash file is loaded in separate window. i want window to open to a certain size and centered on page. does anyone know a simple solution?
possibly html/javascript that i can include in the <head> of the loading browser to set those parameters?

.... i tried using a pop up window javascript but they make you use a text link or plain gray button which i'm not very fond of...

thank you... i really want to keep from using flash on my enter page though...

i like the rollover button i have i just want it to open the window to a set size and position
