On a MICS w/PRI, I suspect a faulty Combo Card and would like to change it out by using a services card and a 6 port expansion card. Will I lose any programming?

No, you shouldn't lose any programming unless the backup cap on the MICS has lost its charge.

Twoway, I would do a backup just in case. You're going to turn off the power and if the NVRAM is more than five years old you always run the risk of losing the programming. A backup takes maybe 15 minutes, much less than finger-boning the programming back in.
A backup is always a good precaution.
