Customer has analog trunks on a MICS. Currently trunks appear and ring only on a couple of phones, flash vmail answers after 2 rings.
After 5pm, when office staff leaves, the owner thinks he should have the ability to direct all incoming calls to his phone with a button.
Lines only appear on his phone.
I can only think of Service Mode: NIGHT to direct incoming calls to his phone, then he has to remember to turn it off. Or possibly an automatic from 5pm to 7pm.
Does that sound feasible? Will they still have the AA answer or would calls drop into his mailbox or lowest numbered mailbox in the ring group?
