server error message

my domino server pops out the following error message so many times:

Error on listen function: NETBIOS unit/lana number specified in NOTES.INI is not valid on this system, or a network is not started.

but the users can still login and check their emails and access the webpage.

Anyone can help me on this problem?

Looking in the Notes.ini, the NETBIOS number it's referring too is what you have specified in your Server Document under the Networking Configuration in the Public Name and Address Book. Are the protocols specified in the Server Doc present on the system?

Yes, they all present on the system and all lan numbers are enabled.
