Sending DID Information

Is there a way to set up a shortcode to send out each individual's DID number? Right now, I have it set up to send out the main number .sxxxxxxxxxx through the shortcode, but can I set it to send out their DID numbers.

remove the SXXXXXXX from the default short code & all exts with DDI will send there ddi number (unless the telco has made an error with the line config.
alternativly if you only require personal CLI for certain users add the short con into the user short code tab.

Thanks, that is what I was afraid of. If I take out the sxxxx the number that is being sent out is their extension without the base number. In your opinion, is this a telco provider issue with what digits they are sending?

Just clarify what is recieved as the cli whern Sxxx is removed.
Is it the base number foir the ddi range or is it the ddi number of the ext making the call.
If it is the base of the DDI range then your telco have made an error ( we have had a number of sites recently where BT have got this wrong!)

It is the actual extension number that is being sent.

Just the Ext No? - I would say this is a telco problem if you are using ETSI trunks.
If you are using any other IDSN variaty then you may need to add as shortcode to get them working, Beeing bassed in the UK I am not familiar with US spec ISDN Lines.

Try a setting the short code to .SXXXXXE where XXXXX is the Prifix of the ddi range, this should work

It is recommended that all shortcode characters be uppercasse
