sending calls on only a few trunk lines

I have two PRI coming into the Definity switch that gives me 46 channels. I want to only send out a certain group of extensions ( 10 ) over channels 18 to 20 on one of the PRI. I know I might be able to control this by adding a new trunk group with those port channel and with COR set up. Am I on the right track so far?

Yes build a separate trunk group with those ports and point those users to use that new trunk group.

Build a new trunk with your channels then you can build a partition route table and have certian stations use it via COR.
