Scenario incoming calls rote via DDI to a phone which is the prime for a multicall.
I want to send this to a mailbox if not answered.
I have set mailbox 1935 up on a number which has no phone and diverted this always to VM
I have set first alternative of incoming ddi to transfer to 1935 on no answer/busy.
Customer assures me that he has set up VM on 1935 but when I dial in i don't get the message but the standard one when VM has not been set up by user...
Should the above work?
