send edit link

So, I know how to send a link to a person, and get him to the properties window or open the file directly. But if I want the person get to the edit file option direct how do I do?

These are the same and works, you could also change properties to open:

http://somelink/livelink.exe?func=ll&objid=55274925&objaction=properties

I want these link with the edit option already selected, like!

http://somelink/livelink.exe?func=ll&objid=55274925&objaction=properties-edit

The EDIT is a function of what is installed on the users computer(Enterprise Connect,Office Editor, Webdav as examples) and based on the specific mime type.So if the document stored is a Microsoft Word Document your computer knows how to invoke it and such like

In my laptop I have a word document sitting

http://somelink/livelink.exe?func=Edit.Edit&nodeid=169474823

when I issue such a link my Office Editor plugin (A ActiveX plugin supplied by OT) will open the document in a temporary area listen for edits and at the end of my edit session put it back into livelink as a new version.
