we have 250,000 searches on our site that is currently uses an xml feed from a provider...
we also have urls being inserted into our sql server - about 30,000 maximum a week.. many of these are inserted by spiders.
the database at the moment is 7 g

our hosting company would like us to pay for more bandwidth
5 g for 90 pounds...and get our own dedicated server..
we are a bit wary of the costs involved in this.

can anyone give us advice..
