i have just assembled new computer. it is ok with crt monoter with any resolution setting. but i just bought a packard bell tft monitor in which display flicks with all resolution specially in 800 by 600. if i change it into other setting 640 by 480 or something else it works for a while and starts flicks again. i have got built in graphics and its gigabyte motherboard with 256mb memory amd athlon 2800. And the same tft works with another computers with out any problem. help me please

Have you installed the drivers for the onboard vga card that came with your motherboard ?
If you did not then it might be using the standard VGA drivers which are not suitable for your tft monitor.
Also try raising the refresh rate of your video card.
