Saving an Access Report

I have a report with lines on it. How can I save a copy of the report when I need to email it to somebody without emailing the whole database? When I export the report to Rich Text File the spacing is messed up and the lines are gone.

Can you print to either PDF or Snapshot format? Both ot these should keep all of the lines.

When I click on File/Export there are no options for pdf or snapshot under Save as Type.

A pdf is generally generated by printing to pdf. There are lots of free pdf drivers on the web. Stephen Lebans has one specifically for Access reports at
