Hello all. I am hoping someone can shed a little light to a problem I am having. I have a server running Windows 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP 2 with 2 GBs of memory. We have been runnung fine for almost a year on it with no problems. Recently the system has been having a problem with running out of nonpaged pool memory according to Event Log. I have Googled the error and have run some of the utilities suggested to narrow the problem (memTriage and VaDump). MemTriage flagged four processes that using more than 80% of Virtual Address Space: sqlserver.exe 135140(K)
NTRtscan.exe 60080(K)
w3wp.exe 27720(K)
iexplore.exe 16528(K)
svchost.exe 16496(K)
I then ran VaDump on the process id associated with sqlserver but I don't know how to interpert the results.
If anyone can shed some light I would greatly appreciate it.
I run Pmon.exe to see all my processes running and the resources they take up but what do I do with it?
