Route to digits with Coverage won't send caller ID

For some reason when I go through this vector the CallerID will not pass to a 9608 Phone.
I have the incoming call routed to VDN 8761 which points to vector 61.
If I point the incoming number directly to extn 5490 the Caller ID shows up.
When I point the incoming number directly to the VDN 8761 Only the caller ID Name shows up but not the number.
Any ideas why the system wont pass caller ID when going through a VDN???

try on step 1 on vector to add a wait time like 2 seconds, this will collect the caller id I believe
