Route inactive

Hi,
we have some machines with W2K and WXP that put one of their permanent route inactive.

The route is to access a host (192.168.1.4) throught a router Cisco.

Is there a reason that you are using so many static routes? In particular, the persistant routes for 192.168.1.3, 192.168.1.8, and 192.168.1.4 all point to the same gateway. Why not keep it simple and point all traffic destine for the 192.168.1.0 network to that route? Similar things can be done with other networks you are routing to.
