I am trying to display either the first or last row only but can't find a "suppress" formula that will do the trick.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Susan

Go to the Section Expert, choose your section, click [x+2] then use "not onfirstrecord" without the quotes. "not onlastrecord" would also work.

Or you can do a group that includes everything. SUppress all detail lines, show details in the group header or footer.

If you are trying to suppress first and last record in details section then Go to Section Expert, click Formula button X-2 next to suppress and write " OnFirstRecord or OnLastRecord "
