Are there any THINGS to look out for when going from IVS to IPS? Do the station speeds get lost? Do the one touch key memoryies get lost?

Don't remember whether or not those get lost, but keep in mind that with the power supply on the opposite side of the PIM, you'll have to route the switch tails through the other side. That can be a pain....

If there are attcons or deskcons, you will have to change the keydata in cmd>9000 as the key mapping changes. Also some of the ISDN programming is not carried over cmd>3589 CRC checking for example and most definitely, if you have No7 CCIS, the firmware chips on the SC00 need to be changed to the latest firmware revision. If the IPS has F2 6.2 generic software or higher, don't forget to perform the office data conversion command cmd 00>90:0

You can use the onboard MOH port if you wish saving a trunk circuit, but the majority of the data is carried over.

ps. cmd 3589 is used here in Australia. Don't know about USA

Good Luck.
