Retrieve not working

I am running PB 7.0 under Oracle 8.0.5. Suddenly, I am unable to retrieve any data through datawindow. Even though it has retrieval arguments, it doesn't popup the retrieval arguments. This is the case with all the datawindows.

Under the ROWS menu , I could see that retrieve button is deactivated. I tried to reinstall PB but the same situation.

Could anyone help me please?

I have a datawindow with a dropdown box. If a user changes the value in the dropdown a MessageBox appears displaying a warning. If they selected 'NO' the original value should appear . I've tried Retrieve() and other functions, but the value is not changing back to it's original. If some one could please help, it will be appreciated.
