Restrict Universe Access 1

I have recently upgraded from BO6.1 to BOXI and trying to find where you restrict access for certain users to certain universes. In 6.1 I used to use the Supervisor software, in BOXI this has been removed, but can not find where to enable/disable universe access. Any ideas
