Restore Window Icon Removal on Report Custom Menu Bar

I have created a custom menu used on my reports which contains all the icons I need on the left side of the bar. I have been able to remove the minimize and the close icons from the right side of this custom menu bar and I have been able to remove the "Ask A Question" dropdown.

How do I remove the "Restore Window" icon from the right side of the custom menu bar?
