I am using VFP 6.
I ususally keep Windows Resource meter ON in the system tray in task bar. I found that every time I open the VFP report designer the meter level gets low and low. Even I close the designer it remains there. And If I do it again and again the meter keeps lowering down. In about 15 - 20 attempts I have found that all the resources are eaten up by the designer which do not get resatored even when I close the VFP session and I ultimately have to restart windows.
The same happens whenever I execute a report, either preview or print or print to file or to HTML.

Do any one have a solution ?
Can it be caled a memory leakage ?
Does any of the VFP service pack can solve this problem.
If yes, can you send me the URL where to look for the service pack ? If not where exactely I can found this ?

Please help!

Hi!

Look to Thread ##464933, "VFP Garbage Collection - Any Ideas?". It was posted this week, so you will not have a problem to find it. There were the similar problem to you and Rip Ryness posted there interesting solution. See if it helps in your case.
