Resizing Image in Word

I am passing an image to my Word document through my Visual Basic program.

I want the Word document to find when an image has been inserted and then resize it or make the background transparent or perhaps set the wrap properties!

I only have one image on my Word 97 doc... How can I, using VBA, locate that image and make it either have a transparent background,resize it or set wrap properties?

Please, any help would be very much appreciated!
