I have a client who has an old version of MAS 90 (back when it was Best Software MAS 90). No one who used the software is still with the company. they would like to extract that old data. I have already found instructions on how to export it to Excel, now I just need to get into the system to extract the data.

Thank you,
Ryan

I have found that is best to use Access as most versions of Excel have a 64,000 record limit and most history files in MAS have more records than that. There is a way to bust into MAS but you need to sign a form with Sage to get instructions. You best options would be to do a clean install, create a company with the same company code, copy over the data files and then extract.
