wondering what the best solution is. Currently using TAPIT and not very impressed. Any sugestions on a good reporting solution.

We use oak's report software. Pretty good product and extremely easy.

Can you elaborate on what the Oaks's software actually provides you. Is this call accounting? We have Nortel's Reporting for Call Center. Curious?

Anyone use ITEL? They have a product called BCM call accountant. I'm looking for more than just reports for the call center.
