A co-worker has a ton of user-defined symposium reports she runs on her PC. Without going in and duplicating everything on my machine, is there a way to copy her reports? Are they stored on her PC and I can copy and paste?

Whats the best way without manually entering them all?

If you are using Classic (or fat) Client, there are no shortcuts. User defined reports are stored on the users PC and are only accessible via the user's ID and password.

There is a utility on the full client in symposium call center client-> Data Migration Wizard that will move the reports. I am not sure if it will provide what you are looking for.

- Copy file C:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\Symposium Call Center Server\Client\en\data\nicrpt.mdb from one PC to another
- On the "new" pc, open file in Microsoft Access
- On the Tables tab, open the Reports section
- Under "UserID", change "All" to "None"
- Close and it will automatically save
- Log in Symposium and the new user-defined reports should be there (will need to restart program if it's already open)

Now you may send your reports to any PC, any user.

I haven't tried this yet, but be sure I will when I get a chance. Thanks missa909!
