Is there a "Cystal Lite" that only allows others to run existing reports without giving them access to modify it? Or is there a way to set up reports so anybody in the company can run a report at any time without the ability of modifying it?

Version and edition (std, pro, developer) of crystal? The answer changes depending on what version and edition you are using.

In versions 8.5 and older you could compile reports. Not anymore. You need to purchase a 3rd party report viewer. Check out this link:
