Report memo field question

I created a memo field (I use Paradox version 8) and on the form it looks fine, but when I created a report, at the end of every other line there is "" symbol, and I don't know how to delete it? Any help would be appreciated

Is this from an answer table or not? Is the field in a MRO (Multi-Record Object)? If not, is it labeled or edit?

1. No. The data is from a table not a query
2. Yes it is a MRO.

Tried to duplicate, could not. Went into 8, created a report with a MRO and a memo field in it. Printed out fine. Tried setting the field as breakable and unbreadable. Fit the height on and off also.

You might try creating a simple report from that table. Or you could run a query of the table and open the report to that answer table. If so, make sure that the table isn't corrupted.

I have also gotten some strange results when you put reports together and the key field(s) are not on the report.
