Report Hangs!!!!!

Hi

I run crystal reports using ASP code(IIS, WIN NT). If a user runs REPORT A and suppose if it takes 15min, the other user cannot run REPORT B until the REPORT A is killed (by restarting the IIS server) or completed.

can anyone suggest me what i should do to resolve this issue.
Environment.
Crystal Version is 8.0, Oracle DB 8i, IIS, WIN Nt.

how often do you run your reports?
why does it take 15 mins?
