We have an Octel Aria 250 and we want to create a mailbox for people to leave messages in, but don't want the caller to be able to zero-out or press * or # to get anyone else.

We want them to only have the ability to leave a message.

Is this possible?

Thanks,
CJH

Sure it is. Just add a attn schedule that is never available and then add a after hours mailbox to the profile so if they hit 0 it will go to the type 0 mailbox and they can leave a message. you can also tell the * key to not do anything in the mailbox profile as well as the # key.

We'll give it a try.
