Remote Phone Control

I am looking for a tool / software that can Remotely control my Cisco Phones at work. It would nice to see what my end-users are experiencing which would allow me troubleshoot the problems. I get a lot of complaint about voice quality issues, can't access the phone, and many other things!

Any recommendation is truly appreciated.
