I have the following in the head of my page which gets its parameters from another page that posts the results...

<meta http-equiv=&quot;Refresh&quot; content=&quot;10&quot;>.

But whenever the page refreshes a window pops up saying that the information must be resent - How do I stop this?

Thanks!

You can't. The page you're refreshing is a result page that receives some information from a form possibly. If you refresh, it's supposed to receive the data again to display properly. In other words you resubmit the form. That's why browser is warning you.
