Reference report controls in custom code 1

Hi is there a way to reference the controls on the report in the custom code, ie if i write a procedure how do you say textbox1.value = blah

Thanks for your reply, just one quick question is reportitems a constant or is it meant to be replaced with the name of the report, also is it possible to reference other reports from one report. Thanks again
 
ReportItems is the collection of controls within the current report so you just need to change the name of the control you are referencing

You cannot reference controls in another report
