Redemption, could not retrieve IMessage

I'm getting the following message on some of the machines on the network but not others when running code that uses outlook remeption to send an email from ms access.

Could not retrieve IMessage: Interface is not supported.

Anyone seen this before or have any ideas.

I solved the problem, I discovered that on some machines the cached exchange mode was ticked. (This is in the advanced exchange settings under mail in the control panel for outlook 2003). When turning this off everything worked fine.
