Recording solution?

Dear All,

Requirements:
- To be able to record calls based on VDN, skill or agent.
- To be able to edit these recordings.
- To be able to play back these recordings over the phone and conference in third parties to listen to them.

Do any of you know of any products that can do this? (NOT in the NICE pricerange )

We use Witness E Quality Balance which does not require CM2. Do you want to record everything or use the recording for Quality Assurance?
