Looks like because of the Microsoft patches to change the DST this weekend, both my Call Pilot and Symposium servers need to be rebooted. I'm very new at this, but is there any particular order these two servers need to be shutdown and brought back up? Thanks in advance.

The Symposium needs to come up first and have time to acquire the phones and establish it's ELAN connection with the switch before Call Pilot does. Typically you can set the boot timer on the Call Pilot server to wait at least 300 seconds before starting the boot into Windows. That should be plenty of time.

To add to atascoman - the MLSM service needs to be up on the Symposium before CallPilot makes its request for connection to Symposium (we are assuming here that you have CallPilot-Symposium integration and are using ACCESS ports).

If you aren't hearing recordings after everything is back up, check your Services panel in Symposium (in My Computer). Restart VSM service. When it does that, it will also start MAS Link Handler #2 and that is what you need to have for the recordings to play.
