Real movie clips in flash 5(quicktime,avi,mpeg etc)

Hi there everyone

I am creating a flash site to be displayed in html format, and in one place I want to embed a movie clip into it, namely the matrix reloaded trailer

However,I have realised that you cannot import quicktime .mov files into flash and have it play when running in html. Flash Help says it only works if you publish it as a quicktime movie.

Is there any way to make the movie clip work in swf/html format, ie embed it into the movie, so once the user clicks a play button, it plays there instead of opening a new window or having him download it?

Sorry im am a newbie in flash/html and if it requires any sort of coding, i would be grateful if that coding was written here and instructions on where to place it was given.

When using Flash MX, you can embed video in your .swf.
