Im trying to manually re-set, just a few IP phones thru Element Manager and have never done it before. When I try to use the "RST FW - Reset IP Phone -- FWID START/STOP HH:MM" command, I just get an error on the FWID. I've tried it every way I can think of. Whats the proper format?

Don't know. Never tried either, but I just figured it out.

go to nodes and which ever sig server your phones are on.. Click on Virtual Terminal.. Type in your login ID and UserName

It should then bring up a Prompt

oam
type Help iset( this will bring up all the iset options)

If you want to reset just one phone you can do it by TN, IP, or just do all of them.. isetResetAll

Make sure you type it the way that is shows it or it will not work..

Sounds good. The way I did it worked great cause I just wanted to do a few phones by type. Thank you for the info. As always, multiply ways to do things and I'll definetly have to keep that way in mind.
