RCC Reporting stopped displaying data past specific date

HI,

We run BCM 400 3.7 version and Reporting for contact centre. I cannot get any historical reports from it after 26th Jan @ 20:23 - it tells me that that is the latest data it has - and today is 28th. Also when I try to get a real time report I get Invalid Request. Any ideas?

The BCM has some bad XML data. Look on the server for the RCC folder then look for a sub-folder called LOGS. You will see where it's getting the bad xml.

Everytime this happens I have to call Nortel support.

Hi,

Can you advise as to how I get onto the BCM -to do this. I tried using Element Manager and then using the IP with c$ etc but no joy.



Also what does Nortel usually tell you - is this a BCM fault or a fault with the Reporting For Contact Centre web server pc/data.

I get that error sometimes and just fiddle with it a little, sometimes I re-put in the connection info in the rcc server, and reboot, I have always been able to clear it up. Does it say invalid data, click here for details? I get that a lot, then it gives you the option to skip the bad data, or retry to get it.
 
Nortel has always bit the bullet on these types of cases, especially when I tell them it has to be Nortel attributable due to the manufacturer not supplying password of the day to repair or remove the corrupted data from within the BCM.

Thanks for responding - looks like I have it working again. BCM reboot and CCRS connection reset.Looking ok now.
