RCC Problem

Hi All,

Have a problem with reporting I have not come accross before. It is 4.0, latest patches, Installed reporting on new machine because old one crashed, It is an xp pro machine. Install went fine no problems thru any of the checks. Real time is running fine able to connect no problems.

when I try to pull a report I get the following error:

YOUR TO DATE & TIME EXCEEDS THE LAST RECORDED DATE WITHIN RCC. THIS IS CURRENTLY: 2009/12/10 10:18:11


Any ideas?

Check date and time WEB PC and BCM, must be same

has it been runing for a while? it can take hours to download all the data from the BCM on a new install. have you checked it today?

Your RCC server has stopped pulling or storing data from the BCM since 10/12/2009 you need to find out why..

If its not broke tweak it..

i did this myself and helped me

You can open this file in notepad:

x:\\program files\nortel networks\reporting for call center\website\rcc\report_pages\common\inc_date_select

search forim Yearstop i=2004 yearstop=i+5

You can change the 5 to 10 or whatever number of years you want it to run. You have to change it one more time in the middle of the script, where it states: i=2004 yearstop=i+5

Once you have changed these 2 areas, you will see 2010 in the drop down list when you run the report. Hope this can help you.

subjectdog: good info but that is for a really old versions of RCC not the one shipped with R4.0 software

Patched BCM with recent rcc patch realesed 1/12. Reloaded on new xp machine.

Works fine.
