RAS NOT WORKING ON NT SERVER (SP5)

I installed service pack 5 on NT SERVER (INTEL). Now RAS will not work. I uninstalled it and tried to re-install it. No sucess. I am a little concerned because I have 5 users who share an ISDN modem via WINPORT over the server. Can any give me any insight on this? Thanks in advance for your help.<br>
