R11.4SP1 SD card recreate 3

Anyone having an issue recreating the SD card with R11.4 SP1, I am getting an error that says it cannot find a pow_logo.jpg and will not recreate the SD card. I need this upgrade to use the IP Dect SC B169 setup without using a 3rd party end point license.

Yes I got the same error the other day. I did not have time to look into it further and I was able to upgrade system using web manger.I will check to see if that file is on the sd card of system I upgraded with Web Manager

What I just did was to load R11 SP2 and copy the manager program to another location. Then I loaded R11.4 SP1 and copied the missing file, it was missing from both the back up and primary folder. It is just a Avaya the power of We logo picture. Once I did this the recreate worked without incident.

So a new install of Manager 11.4 SP1 does not have that file? It is in manager R11 SP2 and if I just upgrade my Manager to 11.4 SP1 It should be there correct?

It did not for me, I had to copy and paste them from the copied Manager folder of R11.o SP2.

I am looking in My 11.0 SP2 manager and I don't see that file anywhere.. Where would it be located?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\MemoryCards\Common\system\backup\email\images
This is where mine was either backup or primary.

Had this on Tuesday, ended up doing a repair on manager (windows control panel) install and all worked fine after that
