Query in Access

How do I run a monthly Query report in Access to weed out the Paid Customers from the past due customers?

Create a query with the required fields. Set the appropriate criteria to match your requirements. Use this query as the Record Source of your report.

I want to update a report on the current database information from 8/15/2003 to current so I can run a query on past due customers but i need step by step instructions.

Sorry to be so dense but we would need to have a better understanding of your tables/fields, how you are storing amounts due, your business rules for determining past due, etc.
