PVM Extension Routing

Customer has a ACS R7 w/ Small PVM R3.0 - PC Mail Card. Extensions are setup correctly in HG #7 and answer correctly w/ direct dial to INT 78 & 79.

When outside callers call in they get AA and both AA greeting Selector Codes work properly - SC#3 & SC#4 are set for DXT.

When caller enters an extension # (10 thru 17 have phones) for direct transfer they get the message " Your party is not available." But if you direct dial any of those internally - not thru the AA - they answer fine?? Had them reset the power and check that no other ext are assigned in HG#7. Any ideas? Thanks!
