Public Folder Problem with AS9 on NT 4.0

Hi,

We have an exchange server running NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6a applied. Exchange 5.5 is installed with Service Pack 4. ArcServe 9 is installed with cumulative patch 2A (build 2010) with Exchange Agents.

I am not able to expand Public Folder to choose an individual folder/directory under it while taking backup. Please advise any workaround or solution for the same.
