Project Server Logon Error 5003 From Project Professional

I have Project Server 2002 set up and running with Project Professional when I attempt to connect to the server from Pro I get an popup stating "Microsoft Project cannot log you on automatically using your Windows user account. You need to change the account in your profile or contact your Microsoft Project Server Administrator to check if your Windows user account exists and is a valid user account on the server (5003).

I have verified the account and am the administrator.

The server also connects properly through web access with the same account.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
