hi there.. NEED BIG HELP!

I have a contractor that wants to be to fix a programming issue on an ELECTRA ELITE which Ive never set sight on before. I primarily program NOrtel PBX's and Avaya Systems, but they coulodn't find anyone local here to get this done today so they asked if I'd give it a shot. They are unabnle to dial long distance from their phones. The lines were already tested from the dmarc and work fine, so it's a toll restriction set in the switch. Can some wonderful guardian angel out there send me step by step instructions on how to make these programming changes? They have no manual and have no clue about passwords or how to program. I'm assuming it can be done set-based??? PLEASE HELP!!!

If you want to remove toll restriction, try this:
At any phone in the idle condition (on hook), press FEATURE,#,0,*,8,9,7,4. This gets you into the prgram mode.
Press line key 4 (top row 4th from the left)
On the keypad press 07 the display shows 01/07:CLS DAY = 05
The 01 is the telephone port number. 07 is the memory block. This one is for day mode. The 05 is a restriction class. Use the * (to move cursor left, or # to move cursor right) under the 05 in the display and type 00, then press TRF to write the changes. Class 00 is the default class with no restrictions. After pressing TRF and writing data, it will advance you to the next memory block which is night mode restriction class. Make the same change. You will need to do this for every telephone port; ex: 02/07:CLS DAY = 05,
Where 02 is the next telephone port.
