OK, ACS release 7.0 and Messaging 6.0
For no reason during the day, the auto attendant no longer works and you cannot dial into the voicemail system via port extension or 777.
The programming in the ACS is still there, but it is like the voicemail is no longer there.
We shut down the system and bring it back up. This brings the voicemail back on line.
Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a solution? Is there an issue with the 6.0?
