Problems with Messaging 6.0

OK, ACS release 7.0 and Messaging 6.0

For no reason during the day, the auto attendant no longer works and you cannot dial into the voicemail system via port extension or 777.

The programming in the ACS is still there, but it is like the voicemail is no longer there.

We shut down the system and bring it back up. This brings the voicemail back on line.

Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a solution? Is there an issue with the 6.0?

I'm guessing that the voicemail's hard drive is on the way out.

If I were you, I would log in via the Lan port and do a backup as soon as you can, either that or Log in VIA System Admin 0#...9...8 and do a backup to the PCMIA License card.
